Our clients supply us with a list of parts where we internally structure them to split into a Mechanical and Electrical format. Between the two companies we purchase, manufacture, assemble, test & ship the finished goods back to our client.

Control Panels and Machinery we supply are built in our workshop that has an extensive range of Consumable Stock. We also offer machinery wiring at our customers site where equipment is too heavy or at risk of damage if moved.

Many of our clients supply us with their own Electrical Designs that we build into Control Panel & Machinery for there own Customer base. We also offer the Design of Electrical Systems or support/advise our customers where necessary. Our Design Platform for Electrical Diagrams is AutoCAD LT 2023.

As mentioned above with regards to Electrical Design. We also offer Software Design. This can be from a simple PLC control unit, to a fully developed PLC/HMI & SCADA package to suit customer requirements in automation or support on R&D Projects. Our Design Platforms for this can be Siemens, Rockwell (Allen Bradley), Schneider, Omron, IFM.

Testing & Commissioning
All of the equipment leaving our workshop has a 100% Point-to-Point test performed, with a basic Check Sheet supplied.
Further Testing or support with Commissioning can be discussed during the quoting stage.
